AllSportSystems® Warranty, Returns, and Shipping Policies


Warranty Information:


Warranty on Golf Simulator Enclosures and Hitting Screens Manufactured by AllSportSystems

We offer a 90 day workmanship warranty on our golf simulator enclosures and hitting screens. We will repair or replace any enclosure component that exhibits defects in our workmanship within 90 days. Please note that this does not include normal wear and tear on the golf screen fabric itself.

Factory seconds/blemished screens do not come with any warranty. No returns on factory seconds/blemished golf screens.

3rd party products, such as the HomeCourse® Retractable Golf Enclosure come with their own warranties as specified by each manufacturer.


Warranty on Consumer Hardware (Computers, Projectors, Cameras, etc.)

All consumer hardware components come with their original factory new warranties. In most cases this is "1 year repair or replace" at the discretion of the manufacturer. You will receive warranty service directly from the manufacturer. We are happy to assist you with repair requests if needed.


Warranty on SkyTrak Golf Launch Monitors

As of this (8/2019) writing, the Basic SkyTrak warranty is for 6 months or 25,000 shots, whichever comes first. An Extended Warranty is available that covers an additional 6 months and 25,000 shots. The extended warranty can be purchased within thirty days of the original purchase date of the SkyTrak unit. We are a fully authorized SkyTrak dealer, so you can buy here with confidence!


Warranty on Flight Simulators

FlightPanel™ Instrument Panels come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not extend to third-party items that may be added to the dash, such as Radios, GPS Units, Yokes, Throttles, Rudder Pedals, etc. since these third-party components are covered by their own manufacturers warranties.

Warranty on Laptop Tripods and Portable Computer Stands

Our custom laptop tripods and portable computer stands include a one year warranty against manufacturer's defects. We will repair or replace any component that fails due to defects in our workmanship or materials.


Return Policies:


Return Policy for Laptop Tripods, Computer Systems, Cameras, and other Consumer Hardware

Returns of Consumer Hardware items must be pre-approved, and the items received by us within 14 days of delivery to you. Please contact us for an RMA before returning any item.

All returned hardware must include its original shipping materials, boxes, and accessories. All products, packaging, and accessories must be in 100% like new condition, including the original packaging or we will not accept the return. We charge a 15% restock fee on all returned items. We do not refund the cost of shipping the items to you. There are no exceptions to this policy.


Return Policy for Golf Simulation Software

Returns are not accepted for any Golf Simulation software product, including but not limited to Game Improvement Plan, The Golf Club Software and Creative Golf 3D Software. There are no exceptions.

Return Policy for Flight Simulator Hardware

Returns are not accepted for any of our Flight Simulator products, including but not limited to FlightPanel™ Instrument Panels, Radio Components from Logitech, RealSimGear or other vendors, Yokes, Throttles, Rudder Pedals, etc. The only exception is for warranty repairs which must be pre-authorized by AllSportSystems®. Please see the section above for details on the warranty.

Return Policy for Video Analysis Software

Our MotionView™ software and other software products developed by AllSportSystems® are freely available for download on our website, and thus can be tested/verified before you make your purchase. Please take advantage of this option if you have any concerns about whether your computer can run our software. Refunds are available only to customers who order a PERMANENT USB KEY and who have -not- made use of any ELECTRONIC activations. The PERMANENT USB ACTIVATION KEY must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. We charge a 15% restock fee, and we do not refund the cost of shipping the items to you. No refunds will be provided to customers who order any software product by download, or to any customer who has ELECTRONICALLY activated the software on any computer.


Shipping Policy:


Signature Required on all Shipments

All items we ship require "Signature Required" upon delivery. This is for your protection as well as ours. If an adult is unable to receive the delivery in person you can arrange to pick it up at the nearest shipping facility, or, depending on the total value of the shipment, you may be able sign a "Door Tag" authorizing the delivery company to leave the package at your door. Please note that taking this step places all of the risk upon you for any lost or damaged goods. We will not have the option of placing a claim with the shipping company if you are not present to receive the shipment in person.
